Processing Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Notification: You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship to all states across the U.S. Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore.

Calculated Rates: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has changed to shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at aloha@alohabound.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
